Description - The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out work according to the different lots for maintenance and renovation work on the city's real estate stock.It includes 7 lots. It will be processed using a single-award purchase order per batch.It allows the carrying out of operational and investment work by issuing purchase orders within the annual limit of the maximum amount € excluding tax per lot. The following batch work can be carried out on:- management of the city's entire built heritage,- maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, construction work,- emergency interventions,-work that may involve intellectual missions such as project management, SPS mission, technical control.
