Description - The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the supply of primary suspensions for Bombardier Incentro trams. Full details of the services appear in the CCTP. This is a single-awarded framework supply agr eement, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 350,000.00 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (renewals included), in accordance with in article R. 2162-4 2° of the public procurement code. This framework agreement will be executed as purchase orders are issued in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code.
