Description - The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with at least two but preferably three market parties for the supply of mobile telephones and associated accessories. For an order value under €750 excl. VAT, orders are awarded di rectly to one party. From €750 excl. VAT, a mini competition will take place among the framework contractors. Approximately 900 mobile telephones are currently in use by the Contracting Authority. It is expected that a large portion of these devices will be replaced during the term of the Framework Agreement. This is mainly done on the basis of replacement in the event of defect or loss/theft.
