Since the case history and the evolution of the patients do not allow the exact estimation of the quantities of disinfectants, and the allocati on of financial resources being somewhat variable, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 24 months with several economic operators.The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days.
