Description - Description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (hereafter referred to as the client) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of plastic foil adhesive sheets for daily test identification marks. The delivery includes the pr oduction and distribution of plastic foil adhesive sheets to all the country's traffic stations. A vehicle subject to registration can be moved, tested, demonstrated or driven in connection with registration without being registered.
