Description - Description: A MOOC is a free online course, open to all and whose purpose is, independently of being linked to the curriculum of students at the University of Liège, to reach a wide audience. From these specificities arises the need to be hosted by an operator recognized in the landscape, if not international, French-speaking MOOCs, an operator therefore having a large existing French-speaking community.The purpose of this framework agreement is therefore to designate a service provider responsible for hosting, disseminating and promoting MOOCs from the University of Liège.The University reserves the right to distribute MOOCs internally to members of the ULiège university community.local
