Description - Description: The Government's Representation Facility (RRA) includes both hotel activities and event premises, as well as the operation of the Prime Minister's residence. The RRA is used for official visits from home and abroad. Currently the operati on of the RRA is under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but during the contract period will be transferred from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS).
