Description - The purpose of the procurement is to give the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norad, Norec and KLD access to special audit services and Forensic Audit/forensic technical audits in cases where there is suspicion of financial fraud linked to the use of gr ants, especially in aid projects.Three parallel framework agreements will be entered into, where the calls will be distributed according to the "waterfall method".
