Description - Framework agreement for the performance of road and civil engineering tasks. The subject of the public procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the implementation of road and civil engineering works to be carried out in th e administrative area of ​​the Municipality of the County City of Békéscsaba, based on which the Tenderer is the Kbt. It conducts procedures according to § 105, paragraph (2), point c) for the purpose of concluding individual business contracts. This procedure is aimed at concluding a framework agreement to be concluded with a maximum of 4 (four) bidders.
