Description - Description: Municipality of Oslo, Agency for Water and Wastewater Services (VAV) needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of quicklime and hydrated lime for water treatment.The need for quicklime for Oset water treatment plant is e stimated to ca. 1800-2000 tons per annum, and the need for hydraulic lime for Skullerud water treatment plant is estimated to approx. 300-350 tons per annum. The consumption is evenly distributed throughout the year, but it will vary slightly in relation to the water production.
