Description - The stipulations of this consultation concern the carrying out of missions for a support contract for the establishment of the programming of the Léo Lagrange sector within the ZAC Bercy-Charenton, in Paris, in the 12th arrondissement. With this in mind, programming work is planned as a priority. This work will be carried out on the scale of the Léo Lagrange sector and on the building scale (to stabilize the programmatic specificities of the superstructure equipment envisaged).
