Description - Description: The object of the assignment is a framework agreement for marketing assignments. The contractor is expected to communicate in the name of Tourism Flanders mainly internationally but also nationally to consumers, external partners, and to the tourism sector in Flanders. More specifically, the assignment relates to the implementation of the following performance (non-exhaustive): • Translation of strategic objectives into marketing and communication strategy and plan • Development of campaigns: from concept and strategy to implementation (multi-channel) • Project management: meticulous follow-up of planning, budgets, etc., Development and implementation of communication plan
