Description - Description: The client wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier. The agreement shall cover the schools primary needs for legal services in the areas indicated below. The agreement is not exclusive, so if there is a need for extra ordinary specialist expertise, and where for various reasons it is considered most appropriate to use another law firm, the Client can do this. Offered attorneys must be attorneys with a valid Norwegian attorneys license. At least one of the resources offered must have good experience with employment law issues in the public sector from the state, preferably from the university and college sector.
