Description - The aim is to conclude non-exclusive, parallel framework agreements with up to three different suppliers (hereinafter Suppliers/Providers) for the purchase of legal services related to the Client's exercise of direct ownership in companies. The Princ ipal has its own employed lawyers who advise and assist in most legal areas of importance for the Principal's exercise of ownership.
