Description - Description The purpose of establishing the framework consultancy agreement is to ensure that Norad has continual access to flexible expert services of high quality within the identified areas of global health and SRHR. The framework agreement shall contribute to increase the knowledge base for the continued implementation of the Norwegian global health and SRHR policy.The Contracting Authority needs consultancy services within global health, SRHR and development, covering different components in line with the Sustainable Development Goal 3 and 5.
