Description - Description: Kristiansand municipality needs to enter into a framework agreement for condition analyses of buildings in accordance with NS3424 (2012). Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to 3 tenderers. Other associated entities that are also included in the contract: - Kristiansand Church Council (Orgnr: 876 992 612) - Kilden Teater og Konserthus IKS (Orgnr: 986 471 839) The condition analyses shall form a basis for planning investments and maintenance of the buildings. The analyses can be at all levels in "Table 1- Analysis Level" in accordance with NS 3424:2012. NS 3451 Building parts table shall be used when registering building parts.
