Description - Description: The city of Peine, the city drainage Peine (own company of the city of Peine) and Stadtwerke Peine GmbH (100%subsidiary of the city of Peine) - hereinafter referred to as the client - intend to complete a framework agreement for providin g bicycles as part of leasing (partial amortization leasing) with a provider.The clients employ around 1011 employees, including 772 employees and 29 civil servants at the city of Peine, 50 employees in the city drainage Peine and 160 employees at Stadtwerke Peine GmbH (hereinafter referred to here).It is assumed that a maximum of 10 % of those entitled to order take part in bicycle leasing.
