Description - Description: The contracting authority shall procure one fragment analyser for use in long-read sequencing. The equipment shall support automatic electroforese of DNA for analysis of fragment length, concentration and integrity. The system shall be u sed for quality control of DNA in a NGS process (Next Generation Sequencing). In addition two fragment analysers shall be procured for use in short-read sequencing. These shall support automatic electroforese of DNA and RNA, including genomic DNA, for analysis of fragment length, concentration and integrity.
