Description - Description: The work under this contract involves the resurfacing of Fourth Line in the Rural area of Acton within the Town of Halton Hills. Scope of work includes asphalt pulverization, grading, Full Depth Reclamation with Expanded Asphalt Stabiliz ation (FDREAM), hot mix asphalt paving, shouldering, line marking, and associated restoration works.
