Description - The overall purpose is to procure a form system, preferably cloud-based, with one instance for the Norwegian System of Patient Injury Compensation (NPE) and one instance for the National Office for Health Service Appeals [Helseklage], delivered as a service (SaaS), and although this is not an absolute requirement, it would be in line with NPE's strategy to establish the service in the cloud.
