Description - The United States Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District has a requirement for forest inventory services and intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide these services on an as needed basis over a five-year period. In a ccordance with FAR 13.303, a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be established for the purpose of ordering any combination of the services listed in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).  This notice is a pre-solicitation only and is not a request for quotations.
