Description - The U.S. Army Product Manager, Army Watercraft Systems (PdM AWS) is seeking industry input relevant to its Force Support Vessel (FSV) program. The Government is seeking vendor input on Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) vessels, similar to Offshore Supp ly Vessels (OSV), that may be capable of meeting its strategic open ocean, port-to-port, heavy lift operational needs. Ports of interest are small to medium in size and are expected to provide minimal to no cargo handling support. Cargo may include small to large Army wheeled and tracked vehicles (up to 70 short tons), ISO containers (20 ft and 40 ft), and other breakbulk cargo.
