CLC purchases annuities in connection with its games in which certain prizes are payab le over the duration of the winner’s life (a “For Life Game”). A For Life Game also offers a minimum guaranteed payment amount. The For Life Winner’s Schedule (“Exhibit A”) details the prize that is the subject of this ITB.
