Description - The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) is seeking responses from vendors (“Proponents”) who offer an off-the-shelf Fleet Management System solution to support and manage the District’s 250 fleet and 250 other assets, such as equip ment.The District currently does not have a system to manage its fleet, and is using a lot of manual, disjointed methods such as Excel spreadsheets and paper records. We envision a Fleet Management System that will allow our Fleet team to easily look up all records regarding a specific vehicle or piece of equipment. In addition, staff who drive the vehicles will also utilize the system for booking vehicles and for completing pre and post trip ins
