Description - Description: The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLA TS) will be issuing a solicitation to seek offerors for the management of DLA owned Flameless Ration Heaters (FRH) for the Meal Ready to Eat (MRE). These FRHs are classified as Vendor Manag ed Inventory (VMI) and would consist of a quantity not to exceed 3.9 million units or 4.5 truckloads.
