Description - The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for Fire Alarm Inspection, Testing and Maintenance services at the Oakland ARTCC in Fremont, CA. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Stateme nt of Work (SOW) included as an attachment in Section J. Proposals will be evaluated on a tiered basis in accordance with AMS procurement guidance T3.2.2.3B.7.
