Description - The customer intends to procure a framework agreement from a contractor for trunk and area networks in the municipalities of Mora, Orsa and Älvdalen. For this procurement, which concerns the public communications network, Älvdalen municipality invo kes the telecommunications exception, chapter 3, section 6 of the law on public procurement. According to the telecommunications exception, it is not possible to appeal the choice of supplier. The procurement will be carried out based on business practice and with the aim of creating a collaboration with parties that offer the overall most economical contract for MOA municipalities' public communication network.
