Description - Description: Finnmark County Council is inviting tenders for ferry operations in Finnmark. The procurement is regulated by the Commercial Transport Act with associated regulations, the Procurement Act (17 June 2016 no. 73) and the Procurement Regulat ions (12 August 2016 no. 974) parts I and III.
