Description - Description: Finnmark County Council is inviting tenders for ferry operations in Finnmark. The procurement is regulated by the Non-Commercial Transport Act with related regulations, the Procurement Act (17 June 2016 no. 73) and the Procurement Regula tions (12 August 2016 no. 974) parts I and III. The competition is conducted as an open tender.
