Description - The Offeror shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide backflow preventer maintenance services in accordance with this Statement of Wo rk (SOW) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Offeror shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. The Offeror shall be responsible for all damages to persons or property occurring because of the Offeror’s fault or negligence.
