Description - Description On the basis of the Natural Gas Heat Emergency Aid Act (EWSG), end consumers of piped natural gas and heat deliveries should be relieved in the amount of the advance payment for the month of December 2022. The implementation takes place v ia the suppliers of gas and heat (suppliers). The suppliers waive the obligation to invoice end consumers for the amount of the relief. Instead, the utilities receive the corresponding funds as a grant from the federal government, which finances them from the Economic Stabilization Fund (WSF 2.0).
