Description - The subject of the procurement is a commercial and technical feasibility study for Finland's first microreactor intended for research, demonstration and training use, the construction of which in Lappeenranta has been prepared by LUT University and t he American technology supplier Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation (USNC). The reactor would be gas-cooled and well suited for the combined production of electricity and heat, but also for the production of industrial steam or hydrogen.
