Description - Description Fingal County Council (FCC) have a policy to facilitate the delivery of social and affordable housing on lands within the Council ownership. Fingal County Council wish to appoint a Development Partner with a view to progressing a mixed te nure development and associated infrastructure at Mooretown, Swords, Co. Dublin. The subject land encompasses a gross site area of 23.94ha and site developable area of 16.21ha.
