Fairway Maintenance on Quantity Based Dredging Of Majhaua—Ghazipur stretch ( 115 Km) of National Waterway – 1 2.Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures agreed with the World Bank. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011_Revised July 2014. 3.Bidders from India should, however, be registered with the Government of India or other State Governments / Government of India, or State / Central Government Undertakings. Bidders from India, who are not registered as above, on the date of bidding, can also participate provided they get themselves registered by the time of contract signing, if they become successful bidders. Bidders are advised to note the clauses on eligibility (Section I Clause 4) and minimum qualification criteria (Section III – Evaluation and Qualification Criteria), to qualify for the award of the contract. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 of the World Bank’s Guidelines setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. 3.1Average annual financial turnover during last five years ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2022-23, should be i.e., INR 23,53,04,514.00 (INR Twenty three cores fifty three lac fourt thousand five hundred & fourteen only) 3.2 Similar Work, such as those pertaining to Experience under contracts for similar works such as those pertaining to:“General Dredging Experience in Ports / River / Lakes / Canals /Water bodies / including Management and Manning of Dredgers or River Dredging Vessel related Marine Works or Wet Excavation in Dams. ;1. River Dredging and management of dredging materials. ;2. Dredged material used in reclamation of port / Harbour during last 7 years” will also be considered. ;In a role of Contractor, JV member, Sub-contractor, or management contractor for at least the last seven (7) years ending last day of month prior to the bid submission deadline (FY 2022-23); should be either of following: Three similar works each costing not less than INR 10,45,79,784.00Or Dredged Quantity of 3,41,764.00 cum OR Two similar works each costing not less than INR 13,07,24,730.00Or Dredged Quantity of 4,27,205.00 cumOR One similar work costing not less than INR 20,91,59,568.00Or .
