Description - This contract concerns renovation work on old facades located within the scope of the Facade Renovation Plan for the historic center of Rumilly and corresponding to a traditional construction system used from the medieval period until the beginning o f the 20th century. Each renovation project, separate houses or buildings, presents traditional constructive particularities which require specific rehabilitation techniques adapted to old buildings. The work concerns the entire facade, including the facade coatings, the joinery, the ironwork, the underside of the roof and the zinc work.
