Description - Description Luonnonvarakeskus (Luke) requests bids for the framework arrangement for the manufacture and installation of metal structures. The object of the procurement is geographically divided into four (4) sub-areas, which are:1. Northern Finland2 . Eastern Finland3. Western and central Finland4.
