Description - The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with The Boeing Company (Cage: 76301) for the procurment of the F/A-18 Drill Plate-W indshield (P/N: DRP74A350605-5001TD) and Center Support (DRP74A350605-5002TD) in support of F/A-18.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” for this action.
