Description - Notice of intent to issue a sole-source purchase order to Reinhausen Manufacturing Inc. (Reinhausen). Purpose of proposed award is for the PCB environmental cleanup at Mammoth 2 Substation in southern Arizona. Proposed vendor will relocate transforme r to steel plates, remove existing transformer foundation and remove contaminated soil, dispose of contaminated concrete and soil, test soil to ensure PCBs have been removed, provide and place new transformer pad, conduit, and grounding repair, and install transformer. Proposed award is contemplated under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), only one reasonable source. Urgent need for PCB remediation that must be filled
