Description - Description: Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to provide ready-to-eat dispersed meals (hot or cold) and catering services for the Department of National Defence, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and other fed eral government departments and agencies at various locations in the Okanagan region, the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and other locations in British Columbia on an "as and when requested" basis.
