Description - Description: Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC) is requesting industry feedback on a project located at the Esquimalt Graving Dock (EGD). The project has two main components: seismic reinforcement of the existing dry dock basin, and refurbishm ent of certain walls within the drydock section. PSPC is complementing the delivery of this project through a Design Build model, noting the potential requirement for additional geotechnical investigations to be completed by the successful proponent in order to successfully deliver the project and meet PSPC’s performance requirements.
