Description - Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from qualified consultants for appointment to a panel for the provision of a range of specialist services. In delivering services and projects, the Council regularly utilises a range of specialist services as specified in table 3.1. The purpose of this EOI is to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available.This EOI and following short listing process will enable Council to develop to a specialist panel to assist in the delivery of a range of infrastructure and other associated capital works programmes that will be predominantly utilised by Council's Assets and Services division including Kemps
