Description - The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Explosive Bolts (Qty 50 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Cartridge Actuated Devices, In c., 51 Dwight Place, Fairfield, NJ 07004. These bolts are direct replacement parts of a depleting stock and are the only bolts capable of meeting specific size requirements.
