Description - Description: The W23 project (expansion of the Wesel-Datteln Canal (WDK) to Marl and replacement construction of the "Great Schlusen" and bridge survey in the case of replacement construction) is anchored part of the Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan (BVWP) 2030 and in the Wasserstrasse Expansion Act. The project is intended to increase the possible utilization of the vehicles on the WDK to Marl in this area for the 3.40 m loaded large motor ship (GMS) and shear associations (SV) and thus increase the capacity of the WDK.For the sub-project lock locations, the WDK Schleusen engineering community (Inge WDK5) has been performing the planning services for the object and structural engineeri
