Description - Description: The 21st Air Transportable Force (ATF) requires three (3) (Green) Expandable Small Air Mobility Shelters (ESAMS) to support training and deployment activities. These shelters must be rated by the Air Transportability Test Loading Activit y (ATTLA) for Land, Sea, Internal Airlift (fixed-wing aircraft), and Slingable Airlift (helicopter).
