Description - Description: Provide completed 100% design and construction documents to expand emergency power to HVAC systems at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This Scope of Work sets forth specific requirements for performance of archit ect-engineer (A-E) services required for this Contract. The A-E, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government, must, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this contract, furnish all labor, management, facilities, supplies, equipment and material (other than those to be furnished by the Government as herein-after specified), and perform all tasks that are necessary to accomplish the work described herein.
