Description - Description: The proposed project provides for the energy efficiency of the building of the Arad County Library. This project will ensure the decrease of the energy consumption of the public building. At the same time, the cost of maintenance of the building will be reduced, bringing an economic benefit to Arad county. The building, built in 1909, presents a series of infiltration at the basement due to the lack of waterproofing and the level of the frame due to the fact that some of the covers is either broken or missing.The studied building presents deficiencies and degradation that prevents the proper development of activities and leads to high energy consumption.
