The purpose of this announcement is to notify potential offerors that the Space Systems Command (SSC) Program Executive Office (PEO) for Military Communications & Position, Navigation, and Timing (MCPNT) is intending to post a Request for Proposal FA8807-24-R-B004 for the Evolved Strategic Satellite Communications (ESS) Space Vehicle Development and Production to the ESS Bidders Library on or after 22 April 2024.
