Description - Description: The assignment consists of:1) Making SaaS software available for the creation of event specific websites/web links with which interested parties can inform themselves with regard to the event and register as a participant of the event. 2 ) Possibly delivering host (Esse) s and supervisors for staffing the check-in counter and receiving participants during an event.3) Delivery of suitcases with hardware including maintenance and possibility of extra rent. It is expected that the services of the tenderer for around 250 events per year will be used, since registration is not required for all events. On an annual basis this means 25,000 to 30,000 registrations including 7,500 badges.
