Description - The Partnership Evaluation Division (referred to as the “Project Authority”) within Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking the professional services of an Indigenous Consultant or a Consulting firm who has experience working w ith Indigenous Peoples and communities to conduct various lines of evidence for the evaluation of the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET) Program.
