Description - Description: The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), through the School Education Sector Plan (SESP) 2022/23–2031/32, has prioritized foundational learning and recovery from learning loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the SESP, to mitigate the learning loss resulting from COVID-19 and to institutionalize best practices for recovery and accelerated learning in schools, MoEST developed and approved the Recovery and Accelerated Learning (ReAL) plan (2023-2028).
